The Owner's Right Hand was created to:

-Provide business operations guidance to small and women owned businesses through sweat equity, stock options, fixed bids, Time and Material Agreements or part time employment. 

-Provide general business planning, stratetgic operating plans, capital planning, facilities planning, cash flow analysis, risk managment and overhead rate package development.

-Prepare marketing and sales presentations, brocures and supporting documentation

-Support proposal and grant preparation, pricing strategies and contract negotiations

-Prepare and present financial data including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Inventory, fixed assets schedules, A/R, A/P and payroll functions

-Provide Human Resources support, creation of job descriptions, policies and procudures, wage determination, performance appraisals and conflict resolution
